Klintberg & Way is seeking an agent to power the role as Area Sales Manager Agent to help us grow our presence in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

As a Area Sales Manager Agent for Finland & the Baltic Region, you will:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, mainly car dealers and workshops in the region.
• Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to make sure our commercial offering meets local market demands.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
• Focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry.
• Is familiar with the Finnish and Baltic automotive markets and business culture.
• Demonstrates a strong business mindset and a proven ability to drive growth in new regions.
• Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Is fluent in both Finnish and English (additional languages such as Estonian or Latvian are a plus).
