The KW Technology Center in Bremerhaven is one of the leading companies in Europe for the commercial use of trucks such as Dodge/RAM, Ford F-150, and GMC as general importer.

We are the central hub for the technical conversion of American vehicles to meet European regulations. All conversion work is carried out in-house. From exhaust systems and development to lighting technology and smart repair – everything under one roof.

The necessary expertise, as well as a fully equipped workshop, can only be found with us.

KWTC is currently looking to fill the following position with immediate effect:

• HR Assistant (m/f/d) – full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR department in day-to-day operational tasks

• Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other HR-related documents

• Maintaining and carefully managing personnel files and master data

• Supporting the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, communication with applicants)

• Preparing monthly payroll processing

• Assisting employees with HR-related inquiries

• Contributing to HR projects and process improvements

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in HR

• Initial professional experience in HR is an advantage

• Good command of English

• Initial experience in payroll preparation is desirable

• Very careful, structured, and conscientious way of working

• Strong affinity for working with lists, data, and administrative processes

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Discretion and trustworthiness

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
